The dietary foods in order of week days are as mentioned below.
Monday:
Monday is marked by the use of as many fruits as you can eat. Eat
oranges, apples, watermelon, pear and other varieties of fruits during the
whole day. Start your day with at least two apples and 1 pomegranate. By the
end of the day, you ought to have eaten at least 4 apples, 4 oranges, 2
pomegranates, and one watermelon. Remember that you are prohibited to take any
kind of juices during the whole day.
Tuesday:
Tuesday is marked by eating as many vegetables as you can. You can
either eat the vegetable raw or boiled. While raw they may be eaten as a salad.
You cannot eat cream, milk and oil for the day. Start the day with one boiled
potato. Drink at the least 10 glass water during the day.
To prepare the salad you will need to cut the following vegetables into
small pieces. 10 collard leaves, 1 cabbage, 5 onions, 3 carrots, 1 red radish
and 1 boiled potato. Squash one lemon on top of the cut vegetables. Adding boiled
cucumber, tomato, green peas and corn kernels to the salad will also increase
its benefits. Eat the salad during the day at due intervals.
Wednesday:
Wednesday is marked by the use of both fruits and vegetables. At the
least, drink 12 glasses of water during the day. The use of oil, cheese, butter
and other fatty foods are strictly prohibited. Prepare the fruit salad with
three oranges, two red apples, one cup sour grapes, two apricots, one mango and
a quarter grapefruit. Cut the fruits into small pieces and squash a lemon on
top.
Thursday:
The fourth day of the diet requires you to consume twelve glasses of
water, ten bananas, and three glasses of milk. Along with this eat the soup,
especially prepared for the diet. To prepare the soup, boil 1 onion, 2 green
chilies, 3 tomatoes, 1 cabbage and 2 collard leaves. Boil the vegetables for
five minutes and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Till Friday you would have lost quite some weight. You can eat boiled
rice and lentils on Friday. Do not stop using the salad. Ensure that you drink
at least 12 glasses of water during the day. Do not cut down on water
consumption. For fruits you have to eat at least 6 tomatoes, 2 apples and 2
oranges.
Saturday:
Eat boiled rice and vegetables. Also take loads of fruits and soup.
Ensure that you drink 14 glasses of water.
Sunday:
Fruits, vegetables, rice and lentils can all be used on Sunday. If you
wish, you may also enjoy fresh juice of grapefruit and oranges. Do not forget
to take one bowl of soup.
Mixing two to three spoons of honey with warm water, along with lemon
juice can be highly beneficial. This tip can be used during the whole week,
before breakfast.
Walk at least 30 minutes daily. Keeping adding 10 minutes to this
routine daily.
